Every month, thousands of new users register for our services. As our user base grows it is important for us to be able to deliver the very best customer experience.
We’ve come to the conclusion that our main focus should be improving the services we offer and not creating internal systems for our own use. Ultimately this means relying on third party platforms and services.
Therefore to deliver the best customer support we can, we have decided to migrate our support system to Zendesk.

Our team has migrated all legacy support tickets into Zendesk and have created an SSO, single sign-on, system which will allow you to log into Zendesk seamlessly.
